We would not cover the following moves or exercises if being taught online:
- Any exercises or moves which require physical contact e.g. throws, kicks, tackles with other participants in the class
- Any exercises where participants are suspended above the floor i.e. aerial hoop, rings - this does not apply to pole fit/dance where additional requirements apply
- Any exercises where participants are completing gymnastic moves such as handstands, cartwheels and somersaults - this does not apply to Acrotrix which does have its own conditions please see our requirements for Acrotrix if you coach this sport.
